Even though we are just outside their usual area and so in another Comunidad (Murcia), they got to work for us straight away on all the permits and regulations. The quote for our installation of 15 panels with inverter was very sharp, and there was certainly no cutting back on quality. José came beforehand to see what the best distribution on our roof would be and where the equipment should go. The final placement of the panels by José and his team went flawlessly, and communicating in Dutch is simply very handy. Eating apple pie together is part of it, so we literally celebrated the good cooperation. The aftercare and the registration with Iberdrola were again in excellent hands with Joëlle, and as of today we are fully up and running and the export and the virtual battery work too.
